Complaint April 10, 2026: Saswat Padhi filed a formal complaint with the commission alleging Puget Sound Energy delivered voltage in violation of Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 480-100-373 and PSE’s Tariff G, Schedule 80; failed to accurately report investigation results in violation of WAC 480-100-173(3); failed to promptly investigate a customer complaint in violation of WAC 480-100-173(1); failed to furnish safe and sufficient service in violation of Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 80.28.010(2) and 80.28.010(11); and engaged in unjust and unreasonable practices in violation of RCW 80.28.010.
