PacifiCorp PCORC, Docket UE-210402

On June 1, 2021, PacifiCorp filed with the commission revisions to its currently effective tariff WN U-76. PacifiCorp characterizes its filing as a Power Cost Only Rate Case (PCORC).

On June 15, 2021, the commission issued Order 01, a complaint and order suspending the tariff revisions filed on June 1, 2021 and Order 02, a protective order.

On June 25, 2021, the commission issued a prehearing conference order. On Oct. 6, 2021, the commission issued a Notice, scheduling a virtual public hearing in PacifiCorp's PCORC (Docket UE-210402) and LIRF (Dockets UE-210532 and UE-210328 (Consolidated)) on Nov. 18, 2021, at 6 p.m. To participate by phone, please call (253) 372-2181 and enter Conference ID 353 050 880#. On Oct. 11, 2021, the commission issued a Notice Suspending the procedural schedule with the exception of the public comment hearing set for Nov. 18, 2021, and the evidentiary hearing set for Jan. 14, 2022, and requiring settling parties to file a settlement agreement and supporting documentation by Oct. 28, 2021.

On Oct. 27, 2021, Staff notified the presiding officer that the Alliance of Western Energy Consumers (AWEC) had withdrawn from the settlement.

On Nov. 2, 2021, the commission issued Order 05, adopting a procedural schedule.
