Dockets TG-111813, TG-111814, and TG-111815 propose to increase the amount Waste Management pays to single family and multi-family customers for the value of the recyclable materials that Waste Management collects in its residential recycling collection service.
On November 30, 2011, the commission, by
Order 01, suspended the operation of the tariff revisions in Dockets TG-111813, TG-111814, and TG-111815.
The commission entered
Order 02 in Dockets TG-111813, TG-111814, and TG-111815. Order 02 consolidates these matters and scheduled a prehearing conference for February 6, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.
At the February 6, prehearing conference, the parties agreed that no evidentiary hearing is necessary and that the issues can be resolved on cross-motions for summary determination. For more information, see the

On August 15, 2012, counsel for Waste Management of Washington filed a
joint request to suspend the procedural schedule in this proceeding. Waste Management indicates that both parties have agreed upon a complete and total settlement of the matters involed in this proceeding.
The commission suspended the procedural schedule in the is matter by
notice dated August 16 and requires the parties file a settlement agreement in this matter or a status report by September 5, 2012.
