​On October 26, 2011, the commission issued a complaint against Puget Sound Energy, Inc. (PSE), alleging that it has committed as many as 515 violations of commission's Order 01 in Docket U-100182. Click here for a more detailed account of the complaint and here for Staff's investigation report.

The commission held a prehearing conference in this matter at 1:30 p.m., on Monday, December 19, 2011.

On December 20, 2011, the commission enteredOrder 01 - Prehearing Conference Order (Order 01).  On June 21, 2012, the commission issued a notice changing the hearing date listed in Order 01 from August 21 to September 11, 2012.  The commission, by notice served September 7, cancels the hearing. 

On August 30, 2012, the parties filed a proposed Settlement Agreement and on September 7, commission staff and PSE each filed their respective Narrative in support of the Settlement Agreement.
