Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission
This docket involves a formal complaint filed by the Washington Independent Telephone Association, Washington Exchange Carrier Association, The Toledo Telephone Co., Inc., Tenino Telephone Company, Kalama Telephone Company, and Hood Canal Telephone Company d/b/a Hood Canal Communications against McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services, L.L.C. and PAETEC Communications, Inc.

A more detailed account of the dispute is reflected in the complaint.
McLeodUSA and PAETEC filed an answer to the complaint.
