Dockets TG-111991, TG-111992, and TG-111993 involve filings by Rabanco, Ltd., d/b/a Eastside Disposal, Container Hauling, Rabanco Connections and Rabanco Companies; Rabanco, Ltd., d/b/a Allied Waste Services of Kent, Rabanco Companies and Sea-Tac Disposal; and Rabanco, Ltd., d/b/a Lynnwood Disposal.  Each company proposes to increase the amount it pays to single family and multi-family customers for the value of the recyclable materials that Rabanco collects in its residential recycling collection service.  Each company also requests to retain fifty percent of the revenue it receives from the sale of recyclable materials that it collects in its residential single and multi-family recycling collection service from January 1, 2012, to July 21, 2012.

By Order 01, the commission suspended the operation of the tariff revisions in Dockets TG-111991, TG-111992 and TG-111993.

By Order 02, the commission consolidated these matters and set a prehearing conference for March 5, 2012.

On March 6, 2012, the commission entered Order 03 - Prehearing Conference Order in these proceedings.

The commission issued a notice on July 9, 2012, granting the parties request to suspend the procedural schedule.
