On March 14, 2011, the Commission issued Order 14 a Final Order which approves and adopts, subject to conditions, multiparty settlement agreements and authorizes the transaction.
 
On July 6, 2010, the Commission entered Order 05, which, among other things, rescheduled a prehearing conference to mark exhibits to December 30, 2010, at 1:30 p.m. in Room 206 of the Commission's headquarters.
 
On June 28, 2010, the Commission entered a Notice Revising Procedural Schedule, cancelling two public comment hearings for August 20, 2010, and August 23, 2010.
 
On June 1, 2010, the commission held a prehearing conference on a joint application filed by Qwest Communications International Inc. (QCII) and CenturyTel, Inc. (CenturyLink) for the indirect transfer of control of QCII's operating subsidiaries, Qwest Corporation, Qwest LD Corp. and Qwest Communications Company to CenturyLink.
 
The Commission entered its prehearing conference order 02 which, among other things, adopts a procedural schedule in this docket.
 
Evidentiary hearings are scheduled to commence on January 5, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. in Room 206 of the Commission's headquarters in Olympia, Washington. (Docket 100820, see "Documents" link below for more information).
 
On October 11, 2011, the Commission issued Order 16, Order Granting CenturyLink's Petition for Partial Waiver of Condition 19 in the Staff/Public Counsel Settlement Agreement - a Final Order.
