Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission
On October 7, 2016, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) filed with the commission revisions to its currently effective Tariff WN U-60, Schedule 451 - Large Customer Retail Wheeling. The stated effective date is November 7, 2016. On October 18, 2016, the commission entered Order 01, Complaint and Order Suspending Tariff Revisions. PSE requests approval of a new retail wheeling service for large non-core customers.
On October 26, 2016, the commission issued a Notice of Prehearing Conference. The prehearing conference was held on November 7, 2016, at 9:30 a.m. in the commission's hearing room, 2nd Floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Dr. SW, Olympia, Washington.
On November 14, 2016, the commission entered Order 02, the prehearing conference order establishing a procedural schedule including, among other things, an evidentiary hearing to be held beginning on May 3, 2017 at 9:30 a.m. and continuing through May 5, 2017, as needed, in the commission's hearing room, 2nd Floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Dr. SW, Olympia, Washington.
On March 10, 2017, the commission issued a notice, suspending the procedural schedule on the expectation of settlement documents being filed, and the previously scheduled evidentiary hearing in May being held instead as a settlement hearing.
On July 13, 2017, the commission entered Order 06, approving the settlement agreement.
