On December 13, 2019, Pacific Power filed revisions to it's currently effective Electric Service Tariff. The Commission suspended the tariffs and convened a prehearing conference on January 31, 2020.
On February 3, 2020, the commission issued Order 03/01/06 prehearing conference order which among other things, established the procedural schedule including an evidentiary hearing set for August 24 & 25, 2020 at 9:30 a.m., in the commission's hearing room, 621 Woodland Square Loop Se, Lacey, Washington and consolidated dockets UE-191024, UE-190750, UE190929, UE-190981, and UE-180778
On June 2, 2020, the commission issued a notice suspending the procedural schedule with the exception of the evidentiary hearing and requiring filing of settlement documents by July 17, 2020.
On July 22, 2020, the commission issued a notice of settlement hearing set for August 24, 2020 at 9:30 a.m. The hearing will take place virtually, via Skype or by phone, 1 (360) 407-3810, Conference ID: 9524025.
