On July 1, 2014, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) filed with the commission a petition to update methodologies used to allocate electric cost of service and for electric rate design purposes.  PSE submits the petition pursuant to the Settlement Stipulation and the commission's Final Order Approving and Adopting Settlement Agreement in Docket UE-130617, et al. and pursuant to WAC 480-07-370(1)(b).

The commission held a prehearing conference in this matter on August 18, 2014 and entered Order 02 Prehearing Conference Order on August 19,2014.

Order 02, among other things, adopts a procedural schedule in this matter and schedules a hearing to begin December 4, 2014.

On October 20, 2014, the commission issued a notice suspending the procedural schedule and set the date for settlement documents to be filed by November 4, 2014.

On January 29, 2015, the commission entered Order 03, Final order approving and adopting settlement agreement.
