On November 30, 2015, Puget Sound Energy (PSE) filed a Petition requesting an order from the commission that authorizes permanent modifications to the Company's Service Quality Index (SQI) No. 3: System Average Interruption Duration Index (SAIDI). Staff answered PSE's Petition on December 21, 2015.

In Order 26, the commission found good cause in Staff's and Public Counsel's answers to PSE's petition to reopen the record in this proceeding.

The commission convened a prehearing conference on January 22, 2016, and entered a prehearing conference order 27 on January 22, 2016. The commission scheduled an evidentiary hearing on October 5, 2016, at 9:30 a.m., Room 206, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Drive S.W., Olympia, Washington.

On May 10, 2016, PSE filed a letter with the commission stating that PSE and commission staff have reached an agreement on a multiparty settlement.

On May 10, 2016, the commission issued Order 28 Suspending Procedural Schedule; Setting Filing Deadlines. The procedural schedule, including the evidentiary hearing scheduled for October 5, 2016, is suspended.

On June 17, 2016, the commission entered its Final Order Approving and Adopting Multiparty Settlement and Closing Docket.
