​On May 21, 2014, the commission issued Penalty Assessment UW-140820 against Maria K. Lindberg, sole owner and manager of Cristalina LLC, in the amount of $14,600, alleging one or more violations of commission Order No. 01 in Docket UW-090516.  

On June 5, 2014, Maria K. Lindberg filed with the commission a request for hearing.

The commission issued a notice of brief adjudicative proceeding in this matter.  On August 4, 2014, the commission issued a notice and rescheduled the brief adjudicative proceeding to September 9, 2014.

On September 2, 2014, the commission suspended the procedural schedule in this matter and canceled the brief adjudicative proceeding scheduled for September 9.  The commission scheduled a prehearing conference in Dockets UW-090516, UW-132013, UW-140820, and UW-141301 for September 24, 2014, at 1:30 p.m., but then cancelled it by Notice issued September 23, 2014.  The commission entered its Final Order on September 23, 2014, which resolved all of the remaining issues in this docket.
