application for authority to operate as a household goods carrier in the state of Washington under RCW 81.80 and WAC 480-15.
On March 20, 2015, the commission issued a
Notice of Intent to deny Application for Permanent Authority; Notice of Opportunity for Hearing in this matter based on its review and investigation of the application. The commission alleges that the Applicant's owner, William Anthony Trick, has a criminal conviction for child molestation in the first degree.
On March 30, 2015, Five Stars filed with the commission a
Request for Hearing.
