Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission
On December 18, 2018, the commission served on Dolly, Inc., an order instituting special proceeding, complaint and notice of brief adjudicative proceeding. The complaint alleges that Dolly violated provisions of Title 81 RCW on 22 occasions. The commission believes Dolly, Inc. has been operating as a household goods carrier without obtaining the necessary permits from the commission, and has hauled solid waste without obtaining a certificate of public convenience and necessity. These allegations are based on the commissions investigation report.
This matter will be heard at 9:30 a.m., on March 13, 2018, in the commission's hearing room, second floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Dr. SW, Olympia, Washington.
