Order 01 a complaint against Darrell Glen Price d/b/a Price Enterprises citing the company was operating for compensation without a certificate issued by the commission under RCW 81.77.040. Order 01 also set the date and time for a hearing in this matter on Tuesday, October 7, 2014, at 9:30 a.m., in Room 206, Second Floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. On October 3, 2014, commission staff filed on behalf of both parties a settlement agreement. On October 7, 2014, the commission issued a notice cancelling the hearing set for October 7, 2014 and entered Order 03, Initial order approving the settlement agreement.
