​On May 21, 2014, the commission issued a complaint against Cristalina LLC alleging 146 violations of Commission Order No. 01 in docket UW-090516.  The investigation report is available by clicking here.

The commission held a prehearing conference in the matter on July 1, 2014, at UTC headquarters in Olympia, Washington.  The parties agreed on a procedural schedule at the conference and adopts the procedural schedule listed in Order 01, Prehearing Conference Order.

On September 2, 2014, the commission suspended the procedural schedule and canceled the evidentiary hearing scheduled for September 9.  The commission scheduled aprehearing conference in Dockets UW-090516, UW-132013, UW-140820, and UW-141301 for September 24, 2014, but then cancelled it, by Notice served September 23 due to the commission's Final Order that resolves all of the remaining issues in the dockets.
