On October 12, 2018, the commission issued a notice informing stakeholders that the commission will hold a technical workshop beginning at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, December 3, 2018 in the commission's hearing room, second floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. On January 9, 2019, the commission issued notices of workshops. The electric only workshop, in docket UE-170002 will be held on Thursday, February 21, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., (Agenda, Public Counsel Presentation, Pacific Power Classification Scenarios, and Methodology) and the gas only workshop, in docket UG-170003, will be held on Friday, February 22, 2019, at 9:30 a.m. (Agenda). Both workshops will be held in the commission's hearing room, second floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Dr. SW, Olympia, Washington.
On April 25, 2019, the commission issued a notice of informal draft rules for comment. Comments were due by June 14, 2019.
On August 30, 2019, the commission issued a small business economic impact questionnaire, as well as a notice of workshop and further draft rules. On October 11, 2019, the commission issued a notice of opportunity to comment on its proposed service cost templates, the Electric Cost of Service Template (ECOST) and Gas Cost of Service Template (GCOST). Comments are due by 5 p.m., December 6, 2019.
