​On June 23, 2015, Qwest Corporation d/b/a CenturyLink QC (CenturyLink) filed with the commission a petition for approval of additions to its non-impaired wire center list for 2015 (Petition).  CenturyLink requests the commission approve the addition of several wire centers to its non-impaired wire center list in accordance with the FCC's Triennial Review Remand Order.  The requested wire centers are as follows:  Renton, Spokane Fairfax, Spokane, Hudson, Spokane Keystone, Spokane Walnut, Spokane Whitehall, Tacoma Fawcett, and Yakima Chestnut.

The commission held a prehearing conference in this matter on July 29, 2015, at commission headquarters in Olympia, Washington.  The commission entered Order 02, prehearing conference order, setting a deadline for August 19, 2015, for comment's related to CenturyLink's petition.

On August 19, 2015, the commission entered Order 03 - Initial Order in this matter.
