​On October 28, 2014, the commission issued a complaint against Cascade Natural Gas Corporation (Cascade), alleging violations of:

1. RCW 80.28.080 and WAC 480-90-178(1)(b), related to incorrect application of late payment charges,

2. Late Payment Charge Tariff Conditions,

3. RCW 80.28.080 and WAC 480-90-178(1)(b), related to incorrect late payment charges, and

4. Rates and Charges related to Disconnect Visit set forth in Company's tariff.

On December 9, 2014, the commission scheduled a prehearing conference in this matter for January 15, 2015.  The commission rescheduled the prehearing conference by notice dated December 30, 2014, and notice dated January 14, 2015. 

The commission entered its Order 01, Prehearing Conference Order and set a procedural schedule.  The commission will hear oral arguments (if necessary) on May 15, 2015, at 9:30 a.m.. 

On April 7, 2015 the commission issued a notice suspending the procedural schedule in this matter and setting the date for filing settlement documentation or status report as Friday, April 17, 2015.
