Evergreen Park Drive S.W., Olympia, Washington.

On December 7, 2015, the commission entered an Initial Order classifying Blessed Limousine Inc. as a Charter Party or Excursion Service Carrier; Ordering Respondent to Cease & Desist; Imposing and Suspending penalties on condition of future compliance.

On January 6, 2016, Blessed Limousine, Inc. filed a Petition for Administrative Review, and on January 26, the commission entered it's Final Order. Following this final order, Blessed Limousine, Inc. filed a Motion for leave to make payments and Order 04 granted this motion on February 3, 2016.

On March 11, 2016, commission staff filed a letter outlining Blessed Limousine's failure to comply with the terms of Order 04, by failing to make payments toward its penalty in a timely fashion. The commision responded by issuing a letter re non-compliance, stating that the full penalty is now due. On March 24, 2016, Blessed Limousine filed a Motion to reinstate Order 04. This motion was denied by Order 05 on April 4, 2016.
