Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission
On April 30, 2019, Avista Corporation d/b/a Avista Utilities filed with the commission changes to it's electric and natural gas tariffs in dockets UE-190334 and UG-190335, respectively. On May 8, 2019, the commission entered Order 01, which suspended the revised tariffs and consolidated the dockets for adjudication.
On May 9, 2019, the commission issued a notice of prehearing conference. The conference will be held at 2 p.m., May 24, 2019, in the commission's hearing room, second floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Dr. SW, Olympia, Washington.
On May 30, 2019, the commission entered Order 03, prehearing conference order, which established a procedural schedule including an evidentiary hearing at 1:30 p.m. on December 11, 2019, in the commission's new hearing room first floor, 621 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey, Washington.
The commission will hold a public comment hearing at 6 p.m. on Monday, October 28, 2019, at the North East Community Center, 4001 N. Cook St., Spokane, Washington.
On November 8, 2019, the commission entered Order 08, modifying the procedural schedule and combining the evidentiary and settlement hearings. The hearing has been rescheduled to to start at 9:30 a.m. on December 11, 2019.
On November 25, 2019, the commission issued a notice revising the procedural schedule and rescheduling the evidentiary and settlement hearing on January 21, 2020 at 10 a.m., in the commission's hearing room at 621 Woodland Square Loop SE, Lacey, Washington.
