Washington Utilities and Transportation Commission
On July 10, 2018, the commission filed with the Code Reviser a preproposal statement of inquiry (CR-101). Also on July 10, the commission issued a notice of opportunity to comment on the subject of the proposed rulemaking. The notice contained a list of specific issues upon which the commission would like comment. Comments are due by 5 p.m., September 7, 2018.
On December 21, 2018, the commission issued a notice of opportunity to comment on discussion draft rules (480-90, 480-100). The notice also informed stakeholders that the commission would hold a public comment hearing on Thursday, February 21, 2019, beginning at 6 p.m., in the commission's hearing room, second floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Dr. SW, Olympia, Washington. The notice further announced a stakeholder workshop to be held at 9:30 a.m., on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, also in the commission's hearing room (Workshop Agenda).
On October 30, 2019, the commission issued a notice of opportunity to respond to the small business economic impact statment (SBEIS) questionnaire, as well as notice of a workshop. The notice further requested comments on the new draft rules (480-90, 480-100). Comments aredue December 12, 2019. The workshop is set for December 19, 2019, at 1:30 p.m. in the commission's Richard Hemstad Hearing Room, 621 Woodland Square Lp SE, Lacey, Washington. (Workshop Issues.)
On May 4, 2020, the commission filed with the Code Reviser its Rule Making Proposal (CR-102) at WSR 20-10-080. Also on May 4, 2020, the commission issued a notice of opportunity to comment and notice of adoption hearing. Comments on the proposed rules (480-100, 480-90) must be submitted no later than June 22, 2020.
