- 12/23/2025 -- Approved (Commissioner Rendahl moved to issue an Order approving Puget Sound Energy’s petition, filed on October 1, 2025, requesting authorization for deferred accounting treatment, to pass back to customers, the calculated benefits of electric no-cost allowances, provided that: 1. PSE will use the accounting journal methodology proposed in its petition, and 2. PSE will accrue interest on the Schedule 111-E regulatory liability, created by this order, at the same rate that is in effect for PCA Mechanism regulatory assets. This accrual will be subject to review and revision in the company’s upcoming general rate case and effective until the conclusion of that case, or February 28, 2027, whichever occurs first. Commissioner Doumit seconded the motion. The motion carried (3:0) )
