Also, requesting Tariff revisions that would generate approximately $5,500 (2.8 percent) additional annual revenue to recover the increased cost of disposal fees set by the Trilogy MedWaste, Inc. On October 1, 2025, disposal fees will increase from $0.45 per pound to $0.55 per pound for hauling regulated medical waste. The Company provides medical waste service to approximately 350 customers.
