Tariff filing to update language in Tariff No. 12 to Item 240 for container service that is intended for commercial businesses. Customers who cannot demonstrate they are a business, would not qualify for regular container service. Single family customers may still choose container service, but only at substantially higher pricing for on-call collection charges. Single families who operate businesses on their properties that qualify under Washington Administrative Code (WAC) 480-70-041 would be able to continue their current service under the commercial rate table. The Company has approximately 995 customers affected by this change of container service. |
