| Summary | Revises Tariff WN U-2, Schedule 1 Tax Adjustment to reflect the passage of Ordinance No. 3262 by the Puyallup City Council. This ordinance increases the business tax rate on private utility businesses from 2.2 percent to 3.2 percent. This tax, grossed up for additional expenses associated with collection of the tax, would be approximately 3.347 percent. The new ordinance increases the city utility tax starting on January 1, 2023. This increase would affect approximately 11,000 of the Company's natural gas customers within the City of Puyallup. |
