State law requires regulated utility and transportation companies to file annual reports and pay regulatory fees to the commission.
All annual reports are due by May 1, with the exception of charter and excursion transportation companies, which are due by Dec. 31.

By the deadline, companies must:
- Complete and file one paper copy or electronic copy of the annual report form, and
- Pay all annual regulatory fees.
