Joint CLECs v. Qwest/CenturyLink, Docket UT-111254

​The commission held aprehearing conference on August 25, 2011, on a complaint filed by Advanced Telecom, Inc. d/b/a Integra; Electric Lightwave, LLC d/b/a Integra; Eschelon Telecom of Washington, Inc. d/b/a Integra Telecom; Oregon Telecom Inc. d/b/a Washington Telecom d/b/a Integra; Unicom f/k/a United Communications, Inc. d/b/a Integra, McLeodUSA Telecommunications Services L.L.C d/b/a PAETEC Business Services; and tw telecom of washington llc (collectively, Joint CLECs) against Qwest Corporation and CenturyLink, Inc. 

The Joint CLEC's allege that Qwest/CenturyLink have violatedOrder 14 in Docket UT-100820 and the terms of the various settlement agreements approved in that same docket regarding Operational Support Systems, also referred to as "OSS", used for maintenance and repair. 

On August 2, 2011, Qwest/CenturyLink filed ananswer to the complaint.

The commission entered Order 01 - Prehearing Conference Order establishing a procedural schedul setting evidentiary hearings for January 18 - 20, 2012.   The Commission, on January 17, 2012, issued a notice postponing the evidentiary hearing to January 19, 2012, at 10:00 a.m.

Due to hazardous weather conditions, the commission rescheduled the hearing to Thursday, February 2, 2012, at 9:30 a.m. and continuing as necessary, through Friday, February 3, 2012, in the commission's hearing room, second floor, Richard Hemstad Building, 1300 S. Evergreen Park Drive S.W., Olympia, Washington.
